NGOs struggle to deliver aid after rebels break Aleppo siege

Rebel groups have broken the government siege of east Aleppo, but fighting remains too intense for NGOs to deliver aid. Some civilians have delivered aid from other parts of Syria, and rebels now have government-controlled west Aleppo under siege as well.
